Something not working?

Write to hello@letsseeme.com. If you are running an event tonight, say so in the first line: those get answered first.

Getting help fast

Tell us the event name, which booth, what the screen said and roughly when. Nearly everything we need to look something up is in those four things, and having them saves a round of questions while a queue is forming behind you.

We answer within one business day, and sooner in the evening if you tell us an event is live.

The three that come up most

The iPad will not pair. Pairing codes last ten minutes and are used once. Make a fresh one on the iPads page in the dashboard and type it again. If the keypad still refuses it, the iPad is on a network that cannot reach us: try the venue's other network, or a phone hotspot.

Photos are not going out. They are not lost. The booth keeps every photo on the iPad and uploads when it can, so bad wifi at a venue means a delay rather than a gap. The start screen shows how many are waiting.

Prints stopped. The printer talks to a small print server on a laptop on the same wifi as the iPad. Check the laptop is awake and on that network, then check the printer for paper and ribbon.

If you were photographed at an event

The operator who ran the booth decides what happens to those photos, so the quickest route is to ask them. Their name is on the page your photos arrived on and on the booth screen itself. If you cannot reach them, write to hello@letsseeme.com and we will pass it on and follow it up.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. That takes effect immediately, and across every operator on Letsseeme that your number has heard from.

Photos come down on their own. Full-size photos and videos are deleted when the event's retention window ends, thirty days after the event unless the operator chose a different window, and only small previews remain after that.

Accounts and billing

Plans, invoices and payout setup are all on the Billing page in the dashboard. To close an account, use the Close this account card at the bottom of the Settings page. Only the owner can, and it asks for the organisation name. Take your exports first: closing deletes the events and the photos straight away.
