For operators
Written for the person carrying the stand.
Most photo booth software is sold to a company with a warehouse. Letsseeme is built for one person, an iPad, a ring light and a Saturday — and for the second and third booth after that, when the weekends start selling out.
Before the day
Make the event
Name it the way guests will recognise it, because that name is printed on the photo and titles the page they land on. Set the date, the timezone and the host's email so their gallery can find them afterwards.
Pick a layout and decide what the booth does
Six layouts across thirty-two ready-made frames — wedding, birthday, quinceañera, graduation, corporate, holiday and more. Photo, burst, GIF, boomerang or video. Fewer choices means guests understand it faster — one mode means the booth starts on a single tap.
Decide how photos reach people
A link is free to send and gets people to a page where they can buy prints later. The picture itself, sent as a picture message, feels more immediate and costs a few cents. Email and an on-screen QR are always there and cost nothing.
Set a price for the host's gallery
If you sell the full set after the event, put the number in now. Leave it blank if it is already inside what they paid you.
At the venue
Pairing takes a minute
The dashboard shows a six-digit code that lasts ten minutes. Type it into the booth app and the iPad pulls down the event, its template and its branding. Once per iPad, not once per event.
Then it is on the attract screen
Choose the event, leave it alone. A tap anywhere starts a session. If an iPad has to be restarted it comes back paired, on the same event.
Check the wifi, do not depend on it
The booth shoots with no network at all. Photos and texts queue on the iPad and drain when it reconnects. The Settings screen shows the number still waiting.
The part that pays for itself
Set the booking page up once.
Add what you sell, with its length and price. Add the days and hours you work. The page is public immediately and needs no account from the person booking.
Requests arrive, dates lock
Requests land on their own tab. Confirming one blocks the time, buffers included, so the same Saturday cannot go out twice. Nothing is charged on the page — it holds the date, you close the deal.
And every one of them is traced
A request that came from a guest photo keeps the event and the share link behind it. Revenue shows the confirmed money each wedding produced, what is still pending, and the rate per hundred guests, so you can see which kind of event actually feeds you.
Two bookings out of a hundred and fifty guests is a good wedding. It is also several thousand dollars, and it is invisible unless something is counting.
What you should know before you commit
The parts that are real but need something from you, said plainly, so there are no surprises at a venue on a Saturday night.
Printing
Turn it on for the event, choose the strip or the postcard, the copies per session and a cap. Then run our print server on the laptop that is already at the booth, with the printer plugged into it — one line to install, and the iPad finds it on the local network by itself. Without that laptop there is no printing, because dye-sub printers are USB devices with no network stack worth the name.
Texting
Sending photos by SMS or MMS needs a messaging account connected to your Letsseeme account. It is not on by default. Until it is connected, a share is queued and the dashboard tells you exactly why it has not gone, rather than failing quietly.
Taking money
Guest purchases, AI effects and host gallery sales all run through Stripe, on your own connected account. Until you have connected it the storefront stays off. Payouts and disputes are between you and Stripe; we take 10% on prints and AI effects, and nothing on gallery, messages-video or digital sales.
The sharing station has no face matching
We built it and then cut it. Finding a guest by their face meant biometric processing that several states regulate specifically, and it only saved someone some scrolling. The wall, the event gallery and the link each guest is texted already get everyone their photos.
Highlight reels
Rendered after the event and emailed to the host. On plans below Pro they carry our watermark. If video rendering is unavailable for any reason, the event still ends cleanly and the dashboard records what it could not do and why.
After the night
Send the gallery
One link, every photo, priced or free.
Email the reel
Widescreen and vertical cuts, sent without you remembering.
Export the guests
CSV with the consent record attached.
End the event
The booth stops offering it and the books close.
Set it up on a weekday.
Build an event, pair an iPad on your kitchen table, and walk the whole thing through before a client ever sees it.
Making an account, building an event and setting your prices costs nothing. Going live at a real event needs an Event Pass or a plan.
